Delivery

When you place an order with us we'll send you a confirmation email straightaway, so please check that emails from hello@candystripecloud.com won't get trapped in your spam filter!

Orders are sent via Australia Post and we always try our very best to dispatch your order within 3 business days, but sometimes supply issues beyond our control may lead to to delays - we'll do our best to let you know if this happens. You can always check your order status on your account page.

From time to time we run free shipping promotions, unless otherwise specified these promotions apply only to shipments within Australia.

Refund & Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase the first thing to do is email us straight away so that we can resolve any problems - please give us a chance to fix things!

While we are always happy to replace damaged or defective goods please note that (like most places) we don't exchange goods because you've changed you mind. If there are any problems we will always try to replace the goods with equivalent items, however from time to time stock issues may prohibit this, if this is the case we will provide a refund or alternative item instead.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped, kicked, eaten by a much loved pet etc - basically all products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Candy Stripe Cloud will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Pricing

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST. Candy Stripe Cloud reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.
